The SSP Internship program is unlike anything I have ever experienced. As a current graduate student pursuing my masters in Exercise Science, I was looking for a program that would supplement my time in the classroom. SSP’s internship program went beyond my expectations. They combine a classroom portion with a hands on approach that enables the interns to learn by going through it themselves. What better way for someone to learn then to have them experience it first hand. I would change my experience at SSP for anything. They have given me the tools necessary to enter the strength and conditioning field.
SSP Sports Marketing Internship
Course Outline
During this program you will be placed with a team of interns that will be directly responsible for gathering, creating and developing, videos, interviews and pictures for use on SSP’s website, blog and social medias. The sports marketing team will be assigned specific sports and projects that will lead to the final project of developing an SSP Commercial.
The Focus

- Organize and plan when to video and capture pictures, coordinated with the schedule, coaches and athletes
- Edit and create specific projects
- Plan and schedule interviews with coaches and athletes.
- Research sporting events and develop marketing strategies.
