Rotational power on the move while having the body awareness to decelerate and stabilize creates deadly scoring opportunities. At SSP, our team of specialists considers all aspects of the game when preparing lacrosse specific programs for our players around the country.

12 WEEKS TO MAKE YOU BETTER

SSP opens a 12 week LACROSSE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM to enhance your speed, agility, strength, power, and conditioning levels. With workouts 3 times a week, a total of 36 grueling sessions, you will work to beat out the competition. Take advantage of this time before your season to be better than the rest.
