Our integrated approach combines self-myofascial release and trigger point therapy, core and corrective work, movement development and functional strength to reach your health and fitness goals. We find that most “gyms,” “personal trainers,” “boot camps,” etc. may offer a good workout of weights and cardio, but not necessarily offer what we consider essentials for helping you feel great and perform your best every day.
We use a Functional Movement Screening process to assess muscular imbalance and deficiencies that can have a significant effect on chronic aches and pains. Once we understand what movement patterns are causing you pain, we can develop a corrective strategy to fix the imbalance and integrate it into an individualized workout plan.
