classesOver the last 10 years SSP has built a name in Sport and Fitness Training. We have worked with individuals, clubs, high schools, colleges, professional teams and corporations. These services are the foundation of SSP and continue to be our primary service. However, we want to provide more. Our mission, “To Improve Performance for Sport and Life” is not limited to any one person, sport, or age. Our goal is to empower as many people as possible and give them the opportunity to get better with professional guidance. In order to do this SSP has decided to provide an additional type of service: classes.

Today we are excited to announce the launch of SSP Classes. The first class to be launched is :50 Fitness, a group-based program designed to burn fat, enhance lean muscle and increase endurance by working for 50 minutes. Each class will be instructor lead and designed to be fun and motivating. These classes can include, but aren’t limited to interval and high intensity training, stations, muscle toning and cardio-filled exercises hitting upper body, lower body and core muscles. Each day is an original and innovative workout that makes it both enjoyable and challenging for returning and beginning members. Men and women of all ages are able to take part in our group classes that will help you reach your individual goals.

:50 Fitness is scheduled to start on March 16th on the following days and times:

Monday – Friday @ 6:00AM, 9:00AM and 5:30PM
Saturday @ 9:30AM

We will quickly be adding other classes that you will have access to with your class membership.
