Our high school, softball specific program emphasizes the key components of power, rotation and explosive movements. We implement individualized corrective exercise strategies that will reduce injury potential and increase career longevity.

Program will begin the week of September 23rd, 2013. Priced at $250 a month, REGISTER for this three month program this week only and receive a 10% DISCOUNT off the entire program. Be ready to train Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the next 12 weeks from 5:30-6:30pm, to take your game to the next level.
