How Does It Work?

Enroll in our 8 week GAME-CHANGING, LIFE-ALTERING, SCIENCE-BASED nutrition program and work one-on-one with one of our specialized nutritional coaches. This needs analysis program keeps you accountable through daily, easy to follow steps.

Initial and Bi-Weekly Process

Body Measurements

Measurements will be taken of the neck, shoulders, waist and hips.


Body fat will be determined by using a seven site skinfold test.

Before & After

Before, during and after pictures will be taken to monitor visual progress.

Weekly Process


You will meet weekly for continuous education in-person or via skype.

Fuel Rating

You will be responsible for submitting weekly food logs.

Daily Process

You will be responsible for submitting your daily weight.

Daily Report

You will be held accountable by filling out an electronic daily report.

Timing – The frequency of meals and snacks and how they are spaced throughout the day.


Quality – Balance of nutrient dense vs calorie dense foods & the variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants you get.


Structure – The The combination of all macro-nutrients and how they are consumed throughout the day.


Calorie Intake – An assessment of the amount of calories you consume per day relative to your goals.


Pre,During,Post – The ability to properly fuel the body for competition, practice or workout prior to, during and after.
