OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM

FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS

We are excited to announce our new 12-week Olympic Lifting Program. The program will consist of detailed approaches to developing strength & power with the use of Olympic Weightlifting. Participants will be coached through the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, as well as their respective variations. Whether it’s the intention of competition, or the curiosity of a beginning Weightlifter, this program has a platform for you to start.

The 12-Week Program

Dates: February 17th – May 15th (off the week of March 16th)

Days: Monday-Thursday, Saturday

Time: Mon-Thu @ 6:30-8:00PM, Sat @ 8:30AM

Ages: High School Program 14-18 years old, Adult Program 22+

Coaches

All sessions will be run by our certified USA Weightlifting, Level 1 Coaches, Joel Donato and Daniel Sharvit.
