Kalle Blizzard

Kalle grew up in South Florida and moved to Orlando to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida.
Kalle has a heavy background in competitive Gymnastics, as well as Trampoline and Tumbling. She has traveled nationally to compete and has attended the USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center in Huntsville Texas for camps and many education programs. After retiring Kalle coached her own competitive team of junior and senior athletes for 5 years. This led her to become an execution judge for the event of Trampoline working for USA Gymnastics.
She then began working alongside a personal trainer for 3 years which allowed her to grow a passion for understanding the strength and conditioning aspect required for every sport. Shortly after, she got her Personal Training Certification through ISSA. Her eagerness to learn continued to grow which led her to SPECTRUM. After completing the 13-week internship program Kalle was hired on to begin working with our athletes. Kalle’s experience in the competitive environment as well as her motivating attitude is what makes her a skillful coach.
