Combine testing for Football is imperative. Properly preparing for combine testing is game-changing. During these eight sessions we will teach you how to properly set up for a 40 yard sprint, what your first 10 yards should look like, and how you should finish the dash. We will break down the start and the ability to decelerate and change direction for the shuttle. We will help maximize every half inch out of your vertical jump.
This eight weeks is about education and preparation for testing.
