Morgan was born and raised right in Orlando, Florida where she was a multi-sport athlete excelling in basketball and volleyball. She was able to quickly gain experience through coaching both sports at the club level for 4 years. As a youth athlete Morgan experienced first-hand the necessary need for athletes to have access to well-educated sport performance coaches. This then fueled her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science at The University of Central Florida. There, she also completed a minor in Human Communications.
While at UCF, Morgan was a part of SPECTRUM’s rigorous 12-week internship program. During this time, Morgan became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Immediately following the internship program, Morgan was hired to join the SPECTRUM staff.
Since being on staff, Morgan has continuously proven herself to be able to handle any type of performance environment, whether it is; individual athlete, team setting, or adult demographic.
Morgan’s multi-sport background combined with her education and experience in sport performance has shaped her into the passionate, detailed driven, and fierce coach she is today. She genuinely cares about the advancement of her athletes and adult clients, all while knowing just how to motivate individuals beyond their limits.
