Dache’s desire to expand his knowledge and facilitate growth in others has been demonstrated time and time again and its what makes him such an effective coach.
While he was born in Germany and lived there for two years he is still an Orlando native. Dache played basketball at University High School and continued his education at UCF studying Exercise Science. He started Personal Training in 2018. In 2020 Dache completed the comprehensive fitness course at the National Personal Trainer Institue. His time there included 4 hours of education daily in addition to hours of supervised personal training. Along with that, they worked with online clients developing programs and relationships virtually. Upon completion of the program, Dache joined RockHard Fitness where he provided Personal Training and was a Group Exercise Coach.
Dache join SPECTRUM as a Performance Specialist with our adult fitness clientele in 2023. We love the passion and drive Dache brings to SPECTRUM. He also holds an ACCSC training certification.
