SPECTRUM is seeking a full time Sales Associate who will be able to work well in a fast-paced, energetic environment with a positive attitude and impeccable time-management skills.

We are looking for someone to generate new client enrollment to meet and exceed the monthly goals of the facility. Previous experience in a similar setting is a strong attribute along with being “self motivated and managed,” having “confidents,” and ability to “build relationships.”

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, cultivate, and penetrate territory by bringing in new business.

  • a. Cold Calling
  • b. Field Visits

2. Provide sales reports, analysis, proposals and presentations.
3. Interface with other Operations and Branch Manger with implementation accounts and client strategies.
4. Ability to interface with all prospective clients for both our Fitness and Sport Programs.

Compensation: A complete package of a base, commission and residual will be developed based on experienced.
