Since 2009, SPECTRUM has remained deeply committed to education—viewing it as the backbone of both personal development and professional excellence. At the heart of our Education Department lies our renowned Internship Program, a cornerstone of our mission to teach, empower, and elevate the next generation of professionals in sports performance and fitness.
The Internship Program: A 13-Week Immersion
Offered three times per year—Fall, Spring, and Summer—our internship is a 13-week intensive experience designed to deliver far more than observation hours. Interns dive deeply into our proprietary sport and fitness methodologies, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how we train, coach, and develop athletes and clients.
Each intern participates in:
- Daily lectures on our training philosophy and systems
- Hands-on coaching in all facets of the methodology
- 30 hours per week of shadowing and experiential learning
