Whether your goal is to lose weight, build lean mass or just feel healthier overall, we can work with you to develop a strategic plan to fit your needs. This is not a simple meal plan- this is a program designed around implementing sustainable habits to promote lasting change.
START-UP. This initial 1-hour consultation is all about you. We want to identify your needs, goals, background and current lifestyle in order to develop the best plan to lead you to your desired outcome.
COACHING. Your expert coach will be with you every step of the way to guide you through your habit-based program, hold you accountable, provide feedback, and make any necessary adjustments along the way.
CHECK-INS. Every week you will meet with your coach for 30 minutes (via Skype or Phone) to discuss your progress, any hurdles you’ve encountered and learn about the new habit you’ll be focusing on for the upcoming week.
ACCOUNTABILITY. Simple, daily compliance surveys will be sent to you each night to ensure you are staying on track with your goals of the week.
COMMUNICATION. Your coach will be available through email or phone anytime you have a question or need extra guidance in between your weekly check-ins.
ASSESSMEMENTS. We’ll appropriately monitor your progress through pictures, measurements and surveys- because your results are more than just a number on a scale.
