High School Programs
These programs are designed for the high school athlete who has intentions of competing at the next level. Athletes used to train to gain an edge. If you want to compete today and make it to the next level, you must train. When younger athletes learn to use proper mechanics on everything from squats to cutting to pull ups, they will develop a more athletic, injury free body. Coaches at the next level are looking for athletes that have taken this component on, and found a company to train with.
Sport Specific
All High School Performance programs are sport specific and we perform sport specific performance testing and evaluations with each athlete. Programs are individually designed and implemented in a group setting to enhance intensity and competition. As much as we focus on athleticism and injury prevention, we take great pride in developing the mental toughness and preparation of athletes at this age.
Program Design
All athletes are taken through an extensive periodization to properly prepare them for their upcoming seasons. We strongly encourage athletes to continue to train with us during their season even with the high demands of practice and games. As a collegiate athlete you will be required to train year round and it is important you understand how to properly train and recover while in-season.

SSP is one of the few companies in Central Florida that is qualified to perform SPARQ Ratings. So whether it is for you as an individual, your team, or your entire school, SSP will perform the test and help you improve your score.
