College Swimming Specific Program

Swimming elicits two thoughts: Power and Grace. The ability to be powerful and explode off the blocks and walls, maintaining great body position and technique to make your stroke look effortless. Combining these with strength and event specific energy system development is why SSP continues to develop elite level swimmers.

dry land for swimmersSince 2005 SSP has teamed up with Rocco Aceto of Trinity Prep Aquatics to prepare four swimmers for Olympic Trials in 2008, and have sent many more onto nationally recognized collegiate programs around the country. If you are a college swimmer and interested in combining some of the best coaching with the best performance training please contact us.

killing me. I'm so glad SSP taught us all the lifts because if they
didn't I would be so overwhelmed like some of the girls on my team.” -- College Swimmer
