Program - Collegiate

The SSP Collegiate Off-Season Program continues to develop elite athletes around the country. During the summer and winter months college athletes take advantage of this time to prepare for their season. Our collegiate program focuses on preparing athletes for the demands of their specific sport. Most importantly we ensure that our athletes are prepared for their upcoming season by focusing on speed, strength, power and conditioning, while also preparing our athletes for the demands of the college season, weightlifting, and recovery.
