Having trouble covering distance laterally? Chances are you are trying to ‘duck shuffle’ or gallop. First identify your push leg, and let that guy do the work. Keeping toes straight throughout the entire shuffle allows for good grip with the ground and will aide in covering more ground with each shuffle step.
