Do you want to become more agile? I know, stupid question, who doesn’t? First, look at what position you move out of. Sure, good posture is important, as is having the hips loaded and ready to explode, but don’t forget to focus on how stable the athlete is and if they are actively gripping the ground. Good grip on the ground allows for explosive movements to happen quicker, and for the athlete to move in the intended direction.
