Lacrosse Program

For the fastest growing sport in the United States for several years running, lacrosse players possess the skills of several different sports. The physicality of the sport requires strength and size, while the size of the field and length of game requires superior conditioning levels. Rotational power on the move while having the body awareness to decelerate and stabilize creates deadly scoring opportunities. At SSP our team of specialists considers all aspects of the game when preparing lacrosse specific programs for our players around the country.

The training my lacrosse team has received from Spectrum Sports Performance is the best I’ve experienced in my 12 years of collegiate coaching. Not only have my athletes become physically stronger and faster, but more importantly they are mentally tougher than ever before. The decision to hire SSP is the best one I have made since coming to Rollins College – and every one of my players would agree with me. The team with the best athletes wins most of the games – SSP is creating better athletes for my team. Simply put, the training we do with Spectrum Sports Performance is the most important aspect of my entire lacrosse program.
